This now made Above Par complete to better serve local communities of Horry and Georgetown counties. Relationships & Experience with HOA’s and Other Entities
Above Par deals with over 20 homeowners’ associations, including 17 within the Island Green community alone. Our staff have developed strong working relationships with area legal and judicial entities as well, which can be favorable to the management of homeowner associations should a situation arise. Currently, there are three pieces of legislature in the State House of Representatives to enhance landlord-tenant and small claim laws that have been sponsored by Above Par.
In 2008 we were hired by Green Springs POA to manage 99 private homes. Moving into our second year we have significantly reduced delinquent dues by 95% and enforced covenants that were not being previously addressed. We have gained homeowner interest which provides a quorum for voting in changes that have added to the value of the neighborhood and stability of the HOA.
