I have had a great experience with this Myrtle Beach vacation rentals company. We needed a condo rental for four of us for the week while playing golf in Myrtle Beach. Marie and her staff were friendly and got us in golf rental on Island Green golf course. It was easy and hassle free. Highly recommend!

This is a property management company, real estate sales and rental office as well. They handle the majority of the real estate needs for the Island Green neighborhood. Very helpfull and courteous staff.

My parents and I stayed at one of the villas here. It was cozy and we had a very pleasant stay while visiting Myrtle Beach. The staff was friendly and we will definitely stay here again.

What a great experience! Thanks to Marie and Debbie at Above Par Vacations, David and I played 3 rounds of golf set up by Above Par, ate at fantastic restaurants recommended by them and had a 2 bedroom condo situated on a golf course. Unfortunately, we had to leave and go home, but we are already planning next year. Maybe we will have a 4some next year. Thanks for all your fine work.

They took over management of my landlord’s condos. Intro meeting. Very professional and friendly. They offer more – Short and long term rentals, golf packages,…etc.
